Billing Note: Our billing cycle closes at midnight EST on the 25th of each month. Monitor lease charges are billed one month in advance, plus any current partial month for new monitor orders. Processing fees for the AirCat Flat Rate program are billed at the close of our billing cycle for the one month period leading up to the close of the billing cycle.
