Our affiliates lease electronic <a href="http://www.radalink.com">radon</a> monitors that</p> <p>record the <a href="http://www.radalink.com">radon</a> concentration, temperature, relative humidity and barometric pressure</p> <p>at hourly intervals.</p> <p>Upon completing the test, the inspector automatically uploads the data from the</p> <p>monitor via phone line. The upload takes all of 30 seconds and is toll free. Upon receipt,</p> <p><a href="http://www.radalink.com">Radalink</a> processes the data, prepares a complete personalized report, reviews the data</p> <p>for evidence of tampering, and delivers the report via email as a PDF attachment to the</p> <p>inspector, his client, and even the Realtor if designated.</p> <p>Inspectors can upload data 24/7. Between 8 am and 7 pm (Monday thru Friday)</p> <p>and between 10 am and 2 pm Saturday, the data is processed, reviewed and emailed</p> <p>within the hour. At the same time, the inspector will receive a text message of the result</p> <p>on his cell phone. If upon analysis, it appears in our professional opinion that closed</p> <p>house conditions were not maintained, the report contains an addendum stating the</p> <p>result should not be used along with a full explanation.</p> <p>Our service includes annual calibration of the monitors at no additional cost</p> <p>(even shipping). The inspector will receive a replacement monitor at least 15 days prior</p> <p>to the recalibration due date along with a recall notice for the one to be returned.</p> <p><a href="http://www.radalink.com">Radalink</a> provides the 2-day certification/licensing training in locations across the</p> <p>country. If the attendee chooses to utilize our service, we will apply the total tuition fee</p> <p>to his account to get started. In licensing states, we provide the inspector with a preapproved</p> <p>QA plan to submit with his license application. We also prepare and submit</p> <p>his monthly activity reports to the state regulatory agency on his behalf.</p> <p>Once licensed, <a href="http://www.radalink.com">Radalink</a> affiliates may attend our course for CEd without paying</p> <p>tuition. Employees or family members of affiliates may also attend the course without</p> <p>paying tuition. As you can see, <a href="http://www.radalink.com">Radalink</a> is truly a full service company.</p> <p>We currently have two lease options. </p> <p><b>Option 1 </b>is $75/month/monitor rental plus a $25 per test processing fee before rebates. You will receive a $3.50 REBATE for</p> <p>EVERY TEST you perform provided the property and client information is submitted via</p> <p>our user website and we deliver the reports electronically (no faxing). </p> <p><b>Option 2 </b>is a flat rate of $165/month/monitor before rebates with NO TEST FEES. You will still receive a</p> <p>$3.50 REBATE for EVERY TEST you perform as long as the processing and delivery is</p> <p>paperless. For example, with Option 2, if you performed 8 tests with a monitor within the</p> <p>month, your rental would be $165 less the $3.50 rebate multiplied by 8 tests ($28)</p> <p>reducing your bill for that monitor to $137. You can terminate your lease at anytime with</p> <p>30 days written notice.</p> </font> </body>
